Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Offer styling advice and help customers choose the right products, sizes, and fits.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains visually appealing.
- Assist with stock management and daily store operations.
- Process transactions and support customers at checkout.
- Handle customer inquiries both in-store and through customer service channels.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and customer service.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends when required.
